If you can kill an animal and eat it why not kill your Mother, wife and girlfriend and eat them. So Beautiful & DELICIOUS !!
What's wrong in killing and eating your mother? Also the meat drawn from human body will be more intune with you. Why not kill and eat human beings starting from your family. If non-veg is so Delicious, then why not be a Cannibal ??

that you don't even have to apply much strength for cutting.

It has nothing to do with religion and I am not against any religion, but its pure AESTHETICS.
A AESTHETIC Man Will See That Life Remains Beautiful & Won't Rejoice on Dead Bodies.
You don't rejoice on dead bodies of your family, right?
Then why killing your fellow EARTHLING ?
Why to destroy a innocent living being ? JUST TO EAT ??
I am not saying killing is wrong and I am not worried dat the animal is killed coz that which is essential in the animal (ATMAN) will live, no one can kill it and that which is non-permanent (body) will die sooner or later whether you kill it or not.
But the point it, "You Killing an Animal" why ? JUST TO EAT ??
It isn't doing any harm to you. It has its own life to take care of, its our fellow EARTHLING and it becomes our duty to protect them as we are superior.
If you kill today and eat , by tommorrow you will be hungry again, then again you want to kill another body. Why ? JUST TO EAT ??
When there is Beautiful vegetarin food available and there are millions of vegetarians eating it and living healthy. Then Why destroying a body ? JUST TO EAT ??
The problem is not RELIGION but its AESTHETICS
It's ugly even to think that you are killing JUST TO EAT when there is healthy veg food is available in surplus
Those who eat meat are showing one thing about themselvest for sure that they are very primitive, un-cultured, un-civilizied, cruel, barberic, Devlish, Crude.
Killing is not Heroistic but protecting is Heroistic.
